This Cyber Leader figure is captured as he takes over the Nerva Beacon and prepares to send the Doctor and two of the beacon’s crew down to Voga, the planet of gold. Strapped to their backs are three of the biggest bombs imaginable, and whats left of Voga will be utterly destroyed – or, as the cyber leader says, “fragmetized”!
